Why Las Vegas

Vegas is different from every other market we serve — it's less about a fixed collector base and more about cash-flow timing. Casino dealers and hospitality-industry clients with irregular income use us to smooth gaps between paychecks and tip cycles; gaming and entertainment-industry clients use us around contract timing; and a genuine population of serious watch and jewelry dealers works the Strip's resale market daily, which keeps our comps unusually current here.

LAS–LAX runs close to every 30 minutes on Southwest and other carriers alone, which is why Vegas loans move faster than almost anywhere else in our network — it's realistic to fly in, get appraised, and fly home with a funded loan the same day. Summerlin and Henderson clients add maybe 20–30 minutes of drive time to the airport; that's the only real variable.

• Reference number, date code, or model identifier
