Las Vegas is one of the most active luxury watch markets in the country — and we operate in it weekly. Borrow against your Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, or other high-grade watch without selling it.

NevadaLuxeLoans connects Las Vegas clients with licensed California pawnbroker partners — so the appraisal happens in person at a California location, not a local pawn shop. That sounds like a detour, but LAS–LAX flights run close to every 30 minutes, and most clients fly down, complete their appraisal, and are home the same evening.
Here is the sequence from inquiry to funded loan:
No credit report is pulled and no income verification is required. The decision is based entirely on the watch. Read more about the full process on our Vegas process page or the how it works overview.
We regularly work with watches from the following brands:
Rolex Sport references and Daytona models move fastest in the Las Vegas secondary market; Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet see steady but somewhat thinner volume here. Other high-grade watches are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure whether your piece qualifies, send photos and a reference number — we will tell you quickly rather than have you make a trip for nothing.
A meaningful share of Las Vegas watch business comes from dealers and resellers using short-term collateral loans as working capital between transactions, not only individual collectors. If that describes your situation, note it when you submit — repeat-business arrangements can work differently from a one-off loan.
The lender prices against current secondary market data — real transaction volume in the resale ecosystem, not retail sticker prices. Vegas's watch market gives us unusually current local comps because genuine transaction volume happens here daily across a wide spread of buyers and sellers. We are checking against trades that happened in this market this week, not extrapolating from a national average.
Reference number, condition, and documentation all factor into the final figure set at appraisal. Box and papers, service records, and provenance documents can influence the lender's assessment — bring everything you have. The final loan amount is set at in-person appraisal, not before.
Borrowing against your watch and selling it are not the same thing. When you repay principal plus interest, the watch returns to you. That matters if the piece is a keeper, part of a collection you intend to rebuild, or has sentimental or investment value above its current secondary market price.
A typical Las Vegas pawn shop is licensed locally — by the City of Las Vegas business licensing office or Clark County for unincorporated areas such as the Strip corridor — and operates under Nevada pawnbroker rules. NevadaLuxeLoans works differently: the loan is originated in California by a licensed California pawnbroker, so California law governs the agreement. That is why the appraisal happens at a California location rather than locally.
For collectors and dealers who want their watch priced against real current market data rather than a walk-in counter offer, and who value discretion in the transaction, the California-licensed network in our program often represents a different category of experience. The short flight from Harry Reid International (LAS) makes it practical.
If you would like to calibrate your expectations before the trip, use the LAL estimator for a wholesale-FMV range based on category and value. It will not replace the in-person appraisal, but it tells you roughly where you stand before you book a flight.
We work with clients across the Las Vegas metro area:
From anywhere in the valley, Harry Reid International (LAS) is the departure point. LAS–LAX flights run close to every 30 minutes on Southwest alone, making same-day trips the norm rather than the exception. For more on how a typical Las Vegas client's day looks, see the Vegas process page.
No. NevadaLuxeLoans is a marketing platform, not a lender. The loan is originated in California by a licensed California pawnbroker partner, so California law governs the agreement. In Nevada, pawnbroker licensing is handled locally by the City of Las Vegas or Clark County — anyone who prefers a loan under Nevada pawnbroker rules should use a locally licensed Las Vegas or Reno shop. For more, see our FAQ.
No. The decision is based on the watch alone. No credit report is pulled and no income documentation is required.
This is a preliminary figure — the final loan amount is set at in-person appraisal.
The written agreement spells out the maturity date, whether you can renew, and how long you have to redeem the watch. If you cannot repay by the maturity date, contact the lender before that date to discuss renewal options.
For most luxury watches, that means the next morning after your in-person appraisal in California.
Contact us at hi@luxuryassetloans.com to discuss your situation. For loans of $500K or above, the lender has the option to come to you. For other cases, ask about available alternatives when you submit your inquiry.
Email 4–6 photos of your watch and your reference details to hi@luxuryassetloans.com. Or use the estimator first for a baseline before committing to a trip.
